Our mission is to assist with the transition for those interested in a plant based way of eating. By doing so you are taking control of your health, as well as protecting animals and the environment. Since everyone will adapt at their own pace in this transition, we will provide direction through communications, books, and films. We will offer the crucial support and resources needed to help you understand the benefits of this lifestyle and succeed in the transition.
